Krystal Harris is an accomplished and versatile individual, possessing a diverse skill set that spans across multiple fields. As a former NCAA Division I Track and Field Heptathlete, she has demonstrated exceptional determination, discipline, and perseverance in both her athletic pursuits and professional endeavors. She successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UNC-Charlotte, all while managing a full academic load and competing throughout both semesters.

Her experience as a Program Director showcases her ability to effectively manage complex projects and coordinate teams towards achieving success. Furthermore, her keen eye for detail and artistic flair are evident in her work as a photographer/videographer, where she skillfully captures moments with precision and creativity.

Krystal firmly believes that juggling multiple skills is only possible with a "can do" attitude. She is passionate about encouraging others to develop a positive mindset, as her expertise lies in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and overcome obstacles that hinder personal growth. Her extensive range of experiences in various roles undoubtedly contributes to her effectiveness as a mentor and an inspiration to others. With a strong professional background and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Krystal is poised to make significant contributions in guiding others to pave a similar path for themselves.

Monika Roberts is a former NCAA Division I Basketball standout from Providence College, who played professionally in the European leagues for seven years. As the owner of Beyond The Game, formerly known as Triple D Academy, Monika has established a strong track record and tradition of excellence in the organization's history. The success of AAU girls and boys teams, adult basketball leagues, and numerous training clinics and day camps are a testament to her leadership.

Monika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration and Management. She has achieved several professional accomplishments, but her greatest achievement is being influential in the lives of countless athletes. As a coach, she has helped over 35 players transition from her program to collegiate athletics on athletic scholarships.

Monika's mission is to impact the lives of young athletes through community-based programming. Participants from novice to elite levels, both local and from abroad, are welcome. Programs have also extended to educational, vocational, and servicing the senior/elderly populations.

Monika believes that sports can be used as a training ground to teach youth about life, the importance of teamwork, perseverance, commitment, passion, leadership, and work ethic. Academy coaches believe that these qualities of character will stay with program participants for a lifetime, helping them to achieve not only their athletic goals but also their academic and long-term career goals. Monika Roberts is a true inspiration to young athletes everywhere.

Ayana Walker, a former professional basketball player, had an outstanding high school career at Westbury Senior High School in Houston, TX, where she showcased her exceptional skills on the court. After graduating from high school, Walker continued to pursue her passion for basketball and played for the Lady Techsters at Louisiana Tech University from 1999 to 2002. She then went on to play professional basketball overseas in Europe and the United States while playing in the WNBA.

Walker's impressive performance in college basketball caught the attention of the Detroit Shock, who selected her as the 20th overall pick in the 2002 WNBA Draft. She played for the Shock for three and a half seasons, during which she contributed significantly to the team's success. In 2003, Walker and her team won the WNBA Championship, earning her a well-deserved championship ring.

Walker's dedication and hard work on the court have made her a role model for aspiring basketball players. She has utilized her coaching experience and leadership skills to develop male athletes and lead them to success. Breaking through glass ceilings as a Professional Head Coach in the American Basketball Association (ABA), which is a men's professional basketball league, Walker believes in playing tough defense and pushing the tempo on offense. She also focuses on player development and individual skill improvement. Walker is actively involved in several community service organizations related to youth sports development.

Dr. Vernessa Roberts is a licensed marriage and family therapist, accomplished author, and esteemed professor. She earned her Psy.D in marriage and family therapy from Alliant International University in Sacramento, California. Dr. Roberts currently operates a private practice in Sacramento, where she works with individuals and couples to help them overcome their personal struggles.

Dr. Roberts is passionate about helping her clients overcome feelings of shame, improve their self-worth, and embrace their authenticity. Her dedication to these areas of focus is evident in her work and her podcast, All Things Authentic. Through her podcast, Dr. Roberts engages in meaningful conversations that center around our desire and need for authenticity. Her ultimate goal is to empower individuals, particularly women and women of color, to reach their full potential and become the best, authentic versions of themselves.

Dr. Roberts' approach to therapy is grounded in her belief that everyone has inherent worth and value. She strives to help her clients break free from the expectations of others and society, and to embrace their unique identities. With her guidance, clients are able to overcome their personal struggles and achieve their goals.
