Monika Roberts is a former NCAA Division I basketball standout from Providence College who went on to play professionally in European leagues for seven years. As the visionary founder of Beyond The Game (formerly known as Triple D Academy), she has built a legacy of excellence rooted in competitive performance, strategic development, and long-term impact. Under her leadership, the organization has grown into a respected institution, home to championship-level AAU girls’ and boys’ teams, high-performing adult basketball leagues, and premier training clinics and day camps.

Monika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Science in Sports Administration and Management, combining academic insight with firsthand athletic experience to shape every aspect of her work. While she has achieved numerous professional milestones, her most meaningful accomplishment is the life-changing influence she’s had on aspiring athletes, having guided over 35 student-athletes to collegiate programs on athletic scholarships.

Driven by a mission to empower through sport, Monika has expanded her programming to serve athletes of all levels, from beginners to elite players, across local and international communities. Her initiatives now include educational and vocational development, as well as intergenerational wellness programs for senior citizens.

At the heart of her philosophy is the belief that sports are more than just competition - they are a powerful platform to instill values like teamwork, discipline, leadership, perseverance, and passion. These principles are embedded in every program she leads, preparing youth not only for success on the court but for achievement in school, career, and life.

Oran Wolf is a Senior Client Manager and MLBPA Certified Agent with Octagon Baseball. In addition to being an agent Mr. Wolf's background includes 25 years of experience designing and implementing sports, health, and academic programs for children ages 2 - 18 years old. His programs have assisted over 100,000 children nationwide and he has been featured on MSNBC, Good Morning America, and CNN, along with notable write-ups in several national publications such as Rolling Stones Magazine.
